Refunds and Missed Calls

Do to the nature of our services, refunds are not given under any condition.

**Refunds will not be given for user error. All custom plans are clearly marked in the service descriptions.**

Calls

All calls need to be paid before the call commences or as dictated in personal contracts or service descriptions.

Scheduled Calls will not be refunded or rescheduled if missed without a request to reschedule 48 hours prior to the scheduled call.

A fee of 15% of the service price will be invoiced for calls rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, missed, or cancelled due to the inconvenience. This fee needs to be paid within 72 hours or before the rescheduled call commences.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you realize you need to exchange your service package to better suit your needs (ex. purchased an Instagram forward strategy plan, but Facebook forward strategy plan shows more promising results), send us an email at support@socialmarketingjourney.com.

We will work out a plan to convert strategies. If the new plan costs more than the original plan, you will be billed the difference. If the new plan costs less than the original plan, you will not be refunded the difference due to the inconvenience.
